Wordless Wednesday

It really is Wednesday today, so I am doing it right this time!

I love how Francesca is looking adoringly up at Catherine (or perhaps it's to make sure she's prepared for what Catherine is up to!).

Anastasia finished her vocabulary book - on to the next one!

Isabella got her hair done. There should be a whole other post about how long it will last.

Victoria tooting on a flute.

Cute toes.

Yep, she's definitely getting a beer belly. Gotta hit the tread mill.

Well, I guess it turns out I have trouble actually being "wordless". I tried!

  3. You used less words than usual - that totally counts.

  6. Also, though I don't know if it will apply to any of your family members, but I would highly suggest getting this book as well. Gut and Psychology Syndrome: Natural Treatment for Autism, Dyspraxia, A.D.D., Dyslexia, A.D.H.D., Depression, Schizophrenia

    dyspraxia = apraxia

In my opinion, it should be a required course and reading material for doctors and nutritionists.

That said, as you probably already know, nutrition is so critical for the proper healing of children. No preservatives, junk food, additives, dyes, etc... My children are thriving and healthier than ever based on a diet in this book. We are just doing the full gaps right now. The intro is harder and may take a little time to get there. I am part of a group at ...

if you are interested. It may sound kinda out there, but when you read the book and understand the principles it makes sense. People heal with this diet and my son with apraxia is doing extremely well.

  7. Okay, one more thing....

One of the greatest things that has helped my son, probably on par with nutrition is fish oils. IT BEHOOVES you to get this for your daughter and I guarantee she will start having speech spurts among other great surprises. It may seem a little expensive, but it is totally worth it and I don't miss a dose with my son for nothing. It is helping my other kids also...and me. I take it also. So, here is what I give my son....

I give him a heaping teaspoon of this everyday...

Then I give him 2 of these that he pops individually in his mouth, chews on it to get the juice out and then spits out the capsule when he is done.

I have known of my sons apraxia for 2.5 years now. And taking these supplements was the best and quickest way to see him advance in speech and temperament, co operation, etc.... If you do anything first, do these vitamins!!!!! He was speaking SIGNIFICANTLY better within 3 weeks.

They do not taste bad. They have a bland taste with a little lemon essence. I usually buy the biggest containers of everything as it is more cost effective.

  8. Isabella's hair looks lovely. Hopefully whoever you had do it can teach you/her how to wrap her hair and scarf it at night when she sleeps and it will last significantly longer when done that way. It will be a skill she'll be happy to have learned as she gets older and starts to practice doing her own hair.

    Lastly, love that belly!
