Happy Mother's Day!!!!

Hope you all had a wonderful day! I think Isabella must have stayed up late making me this sign.

Though I was up most of the night with Victoria ( I am trying to look on the bright side and see our 2 am visitations as good bonding time), I did get to sleep late. I probably would have slept later, but I had the strangest feeling I was being watched. When I peered over my blanket, Anastasia was standing right by my bed with her card.

"I wanted to be the first one to wish you a Happy Mother's Day!" she yelled! Well, that is certainly a good reason to get up. I got this dress for Anastasia because she was feeling kind of down that she was the only one who didn't have a dress. Anastasia, who is definitely her mother's child, is very picky about clothes, so I just purchased the dress without her valuable input. At first she thought it was too "polka-dotty". What do you all think?

We took 5,000 pictures and got one, sort of, good picture of all six kids. At least everyone is looking at me in this one. A Mother's Day miracle.

We were going to go on a picnic, but it was raining all day, so we had a picnic on the floor.

You'll never guess what my present was......candy, of course!

Drat! Now I have to go back to cooking tomorrow. Sigh.

  2. Glad to see that you've encountered the many uses of duct tape. It's long been one of my favorite parenting tools. Just imagine the possibilities...
