Poor sweet baby! Maybe this is your daughter? She could be so much here in the United States with surgery! I think about how this could be me or one of my kids, if only we had been born somewhere else. Please spread the word about her. She is only 15 months old! Because she is an orphan, she will receive no surgery in her country.
